Tasting Notes: Vibrant and youthful, this wine has a deliberately slight effervescent or ‘frizzante’ impact on the palate, mimicking a sweet-berry attack. The fruitful richness in the mid-palate finishes fresh and clean. The lower alcohol is refreshing on the palate allowing the truly ‘vinous’ flavours to shine through. Enjoy chilled all year round, however ideally suited for dining or socializing where the focus is on casual food and company. La Brusco is a complementary style that will please a broad cross-section of palates. Pasta, pizza dishes and meat plates. La Brusco is also a crowd pleaser for‘tapas’ eating.
