Sale of alcohol
It is illegal to sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. By entering into a sale to purchase our wines, you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older.
Sale of Gift Vouchers
Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. It cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. This voucher expires 3 years after the date of issue. Vouchers must be used in one transaction. Accommodation is subject to availability, please book well in advance for the peak season.
Vintages
Vintages are subject to change without notice, although every attempt will be made to notify customers by email or telephone prior to dispatch of stock.
Delivery Policy
Serafino Wines will deliver within Australia and Internationally. If you wish to deliver to an International destination, please contact 08 8323 0157 and we will be able to asisst you.
Our delivery carriers
Serafino Wines despatches wine purchases with Australia Post and APD to deliver to all states and territories. All companies are committed to providing Serafino Wines with a high-quality parcel service and is able to provide consistent on-time delivery through their modern and efficient networks.
Where do we deliver?
Serafino Wines can deliver to anywhere in Australia and Internationally. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to the area that you live in, please contact us on (08) 8323 0157. Please note that all Australia Post deliveries to rural areas will be left at the local Post Office. Please note that for ease of delivery and tracking, we prefer that where possible you provide a Business Delivery Address. Your purchases can then be delivered during normal business hours and signed for upon receipt.
Delivery charges and shipping policy
There is no minimum or maximum wine orders.
Delivery costs:
If a Vino member, delivery is free with 12 bottles ore more. Guest check out, freight will be calculated at check out.
For Norfolk Island, Christmas Islands, Cocoa Islands and Antarctica deliveries please contact us directly.
Australian registered post: Delivery in 2-10 working days.
Serafino Vino club members
No discount applies to Serafino Terremoto, Sharktooth, LaBrusco, wine packs, cleanskin or sale products. There is also no free delivery on the above items.
The winery is committed to your privacy and your personal information remains yours and may only be used for the purposes of communicating the winery offers only. The winery has a privacy policy that details our commitment to your privacy. If you no longer wish to receive special offers and marketing information please contact the winery at admin@serafinowines.com.au.
Serafino Premium Best Sellers Club & serafino sharktooth club
If I have chosen the Premium Best Sellers Mixed Dozen Club or Sharktooth Club, I hereby authorise Serafino wines to deduct my chosen credit card twice a year for Sharktooth Club and 4 times a year for Premium Best Seller for the amount of $295.
If I join either Premium Best Sellers Mixed Dozen Club or Sharktooth Club, I am committed to be part of the club for 12 months.
I will receive an email 2 weeks prior to dispatch outlining the details of my delivery. Dispatch and billing will occur automatically if I do not respond to this email.
I can modify or increase my order at any time prior to the dispatch date. If I choose to increase my order I will be charged the value of that amount minus the wine club discount of 10% with no handling cost or delivery fee.
Refunds are not possible once your quarterly winedelivery has been despatched.
Opt out at anytime without any cancellation fee, payment for the first dispatch is non refundable.
It is my responsibility to notify Serafino of any credit card, shipping or preference changes.
Calling cards
Occasionally Australia Post may leave your purchases at the local Post Office as they have been unable to deliver to your specified delivery address. In this instance Australia Post will leave a Calling Card for you, advising the location of your purchases. If Australia Post does not hear from you within 7 days of leaving a Calling Card, they will contact Serafino Wines to clarify further action.
Returns Policy
If there is a fault with any Serafino wine, replacement will be made with currently available vintage stock. Please contact (08) 8323 0157 to notify of any faulty product. Refunds will not be provided unless by mutual agreement.
Risk and Title in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the nominated address. Refunds will not be granted on sale items.
Undeliverable goods
The carrier will advise Serafino Wines if they are unable to deliver a particular item. We will then attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery.
LIQUOR LICENSE
A person who delivers alcohol must be aged 18 years or above.
If it is clear to the delivery person that the recipient of the delivery is 18 years or above, they must:
Obtain a signed declaration (electronic or hardcopy) from the person accepting the delivery stating their name and that they are 18 or over and keep a copy of the signed declaration for one year following the delivery.
If it isn’t clear if the person receiving the delivery is 18 years or above, the delivery person must:
View an approved form of identification, such as an Australian driver’s licence or a current passport and keep a record of the type of ID produced, the name and date of birth, and the address where the liquor was delivered, for one year following the delivery.
A minor can be fined if they lie about their age, or if they show false evidence of age/identity in order to take delivery of liquor.
PRICE
Our receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Serafino reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Serafino reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a incorrect pricing or typing error.
Serafino reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions and notices contained on this the website without notice to you. Your continued use of this website after any such change constitutes your agreement to such change. Serafino Wines further reserves the right to change prices and other information on the website at any time without notice to you. The posting of prices and other terms of sale on this web site shall not constitute a binding agreement and Serafino Wines is not obliged to sell products on such terms.
