Terms & Conditions of Membership – Serafino Wine Club

Welcome to the Serafino Wine Club. By joining the Serafino Wine Club, you enter into a contractual agreement with Serafino Wines and you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Benefits
Discounts:
6 wines per delivery – 10% off on regularly priced wines
OR
12 wines per delivery – 20% off on regularly priced wines
Discounts do not apply to special offers, already discounted wines, or wine bundles.

Exclusive Access:
Enjoy members-only wines, events, and exclusive experiences.

Priority Access:
Early-bird access to new wine releases, back-vintage museum wines, and seasonal sales.

Complimentary Tastings:
One complimentary wine tasting session per year for you and up to 4 guests.

Dining Discounts:
10% discount at Serafino Restaurant for bookings of up to 4 guests.

Accommodation Discounts:
10% discount on Serafino accommodation bookings (valid for one room only, minimum 2-night stay).

Flexibility:
Customize your wine selections and delivery frequency.
Skip one dispatch every 2 years without losing your membership status.

Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your membership anytime after the first 12 months of membership by writing to us at wine@serafinowines.com.au. Your minimum commitment to us is two club packs, including the first pack purchased upon joining.

Club Concierge:
Dedicated assistance for all membership and Serafino-related enquiries.

Rewards:
Loyalty rewards and referral bonuses for introducing friends to the club.

Free Shipping:
Free shipping on orders of 12 bottles or more within Australia.

Membership Requirements

Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Proof of age may be required.
Minimum Commitment: A minimum 12-month membership commitment is required before cancellation.
Flexibility Clause: Members are permitted to skip one dispatch every 2 years without penalty.
Payment Terms: All wine club packs and purchases must be prepaid. Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.

Shipping Conditions:
Free shipping is applicable to orders of 12 bottles or more within Australia. For smaller orders, standard shipping fees may apply.

Refunds:
Refunds are not provided for any benefits already used or fulfilled during the membership period.

Additional Terms

Changes to Benefits: Serafino reserves the right to update or amend membership benefits and discounts. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
Event Participation: Participation in events may be subject to availability and additional terms.
Personal Information: By joining, members consent to Serafino using their contact information to communicate club updates, offers, and other relevant information.

Transferability:
Membership benefits are non-transferable and intended for the registered member only.
