Please allow 7-14 days for packing and dispatch. 
You will be notified via email when your wine has been dispatched, along with tracking details.

Delivery and returns
We are committed to resolving any problems that our clients experience with product delivery. If you have any questions or issues regarding the delivery of your products, please contact us on (08) 8323 0157.

Sale of alcohol
It is illegal to sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. By entering into a sale to purchase our wines, you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older.

Sale of Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.  Vouchers expire 3 years after the date of issue. Vouchers must be used in one transaction. Accommodation is subject to availability, please book well in advance for the peak season. Promotional vouchers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers and are to be used in one transaction. Promotional vouchers exclude any club membership discount.

Vintages
Vintages are subject to change without notice, although every attempt will be made to notify customers by email or telephone prior to dispatch of stock.

Our delivery carriers
Serafino Wines dispatches wine purchases with Australia Post and Aramex to deliver to all states and territories. All companies are committed to providing Serafino Wines with a high-quality parcel service and is able to provide consistent on-time delivery through their modern and efficient networks.

Where do we deliver?
Serafino Wines can deliver to anywhere in Australia and Internationally. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to the area that you live in, please contact us on (08) 8323 0157. Please note that all Australia Post deliveries to rural areas will be left at the local Post Office. 

Delivery charges and shipping policy

There is no minimum or maximum wine orders.
Delivery costs:
 If a Serafino Wine Club member, delivery is free with 12 bottles or more. Guest check out, freight will be calculated at check out.

The winery is committed to your privacy and your personal information remains yours and may only be used for the purposes of communicating the winery offers only. The winery has a privacy policy that details our commitment to your privacy. If you no longer wish to receive special offers and marketing information, please contact the winery at wine@serafinowines.com.au.

Calling cards
Occasionally Australia Post may leave your purchases at the local Post Office as they have been unable to deliver to your specified delivery address. In this instance Australia Post will leave a Calling Card for you, advising the location of your purchases. If Australia Post does not hear from you within 7 days of leaving a Calling Card, they will contact Serafino Wines to clarify further action.

Returns Policy
If there is a fault with any Serafino wine, replacement will be made with currently available vintage stock. Please contact (08) 8323 0157 to notify of any faulty product. Refunds will not be provided unless by mutual agreement. Risk and Title in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the nominated address. Refunds will not be granted on sale items.

Undeliverable goods
The carrier will advise Serafino Wines if they are unable to deliver a particular item. We will then attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Liquor License
A person who delivers alcohol must be aged 18 years or above. If it is clear to the delivery person that the recipient of the delivery is 18 years or above, they must:

Obtain a signed declaration (electronic or hardcopy) from the person accepting the delivery stating their name and that they are 18 or over and keep a copy of the signed declaration for one year following the delivery.
If it isn’t clear if the person receiving the delivery is 18 years or above, the delivery person must:

View an approved form of identification, such as an Australian driver’s license or a current passport and keep a record of the type of ID produced, the name and date of birth, and the address where the liquor was delivered, for one year following the delivery.

A minor can be fined if they lie about their age, or if they show false evidence of age/identity in order to take delivery of liquor

Wine Experiences
We kindly ask guests to arrive on time for their booking. A 15-minute grace period will be extended; however, if you anticipate arriving later, please contact us by phone or email. Bookings may be released if guests arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice.  Your experience will be reserved for a duration of one hour to ensure all guests can be accommodated comfortably.  To secure your reservation, a valid credit card is required. Please note that we are unable to split bills.  Cancellations, reductions in guest numbers, or no-shows within 24  hours of your booking are non refundable.

A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.

Lunch on the Deck
We kindly ask guests to arrive on time for their booking. A 15-minute grace period will be extended; however, if you anticipate arriving later, please contact us by phone or email. Bookings may be released if guests arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice.  Your experience will be reserved for a duration of two hours to ensure all guests can be accommodated comfortably.  

A $20 deposit per adult is required at the time of booking. Please note this is non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours.  When booking, select the number of adults attending. If you’re bringing guests under 18, feel free to add a note so we can arrange suitable seating (a kids’ menu is available).  Bookings are seated at individual tables, and larger groups are best booked under one name.  If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know when booking so we can cater for you. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate new requests on the day.

Price
Our receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Serafino reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Serafino reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a incorrect pricing or typing error.

Serafino reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions and notices contained on this the website without notice to you. Your continued use of this website after any such change constitutes your agreement to such change. Serafino Wines further reserves the right to change prices and other information on the website at any time without notice to you. The posting of prices and other terms of sale on this web site shall not constitute a binding agreement and Serafino Wines is not obliged to sell products on such terms.
